We're a fully licensed wedding bar hire service, offering complete drinks packages including all alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, bar service and more so you don’t need to lift a finger. We'll work closely with you to tailor a package to suit your needs, style and budget including BYO alcohol options.

So how does it work? We have three easy options to choose from;

Option 1. Complete drinks package

 

We're a fully licensed mobile bar and keg hire business, we can provide a complete drinks package so you don't need to lift a finger and can enjoy your day stress free knowing the drinks are flowing.

Option 2.  BYO package

 

Know someone who works at a winery and can supply the wine for you? No problem! We also have a flexible option to hire the mobile bar with our bar staff and glassware and you provide your own drinks 

 

 

From $2,100^

Option 3.  Build Your Own Package

 

We pride ourselves in being flexible and know that no two events are the same. Let us know what you're after and we can build you a custom quote.

WHY CATER your wedding WITH KEGS?

We're specialist's in kegs and know the huge benefits that they can provide with the correct equipment and know-how. Whether its a 2000 person festival or an intimate 50 person wedding, kegs are a great way to cater, here's why;

 

  • Less Ice! Just one 50L Keg equals six slabs.. and there's no ice required  to chill it down - need we say more?

  • No waiting for drinks to get cold in fridges or ice melting 

  • Less rubbish, this is a big one if the venue requires you to remove all rubbish or you want to be as environmentally friendly as possible

  • It just tastes better, fresh beer directly from the breweries!

  • It adds a wow factor and something unique for your wedding!

Frequently asked questions

Can we do a BYO package but have you supply the kegs?

Yes! We’re all about being flexible to work with you and your budget, chat to us about a custom quote.

 

What happens after the service time ends?

If you have selected a BYO package we suggest having a trestle table or designated area for us to leave your drinks. Some tubs are helpful as well as we will use any left over ice to keep your drinks nice and cold after we have left.

 

What cocktails can you serve?

You can choose from pre-mixed cocktails on tap, view options here, these are a great cost effective and efficient way to serve cocktails all night and always a big hit at weddings. Or if you were wanting to serve a cocktail on arrival or basic spirits our bartenders are also equipped to do this, chat to us for a custom quote. 

 

Where do you service and does the price include travel?

We service all over Melbourne and parts of Victoria. Delivery prices vary based on your location and package, get in touch for a complete quote.

 

Do you have public liability insurance? 

We sure do! Up to $20 Million.

What access and setup requirements does the caravan require?

The caravan dimensions are 4.1m (length including drawbar) 2.1m (width) and 2.5m (high). Please allow another 2 meters behind and either side of as well. The Caravan bar must be setup on a flat surface to be able to operate safely. If we arrive and deem the setup area unsuitable we will setup at the closest suitable location.

 

We require access to a standard power source, as well as access to water. Please let us know if either of these are not available at your location.

 

Do I need a cool room?

Yes, if your event has over 50 guests and you are supplying your own alcohol you will need to have your drinks chilled and ready to go prior to our arrival. If we are supplying all of the drinks then there is no need to worry about cool rooms!
